Carnation Dwarf Vienna Seeds
Info: Carnation Dwarf Vienna is a beautiful and early flowering mixture with crimson, pale pink, pink, rose, salmon and violet blossoms. The ruffled and fringed blooms are carried on sturdy, up tp 40 cm long stems that make this a superb cut flower. The foliage is clump-forming and blue-green in color and th flowers have a lovely spicy scent.
Carnations originate from the Western Balkans and are small perennial perennials. In Central Europe, however, they are mainly cultivated only for one year.
Sowing & care: Sowing starts in pre-culture from March in pots or trays. Only cover lightly with soil, press and keep moist. From mid-May, plant out at a spacing of 20-25 cm. The flowers become larger when the side buds are broken out. Carnations prefer a sunny location and a nutrient-rich soil.
