Snapdragon Dwarf Tom Thumb Seeds
Info: Snapdragon Dwarf Tom Thumb is a compact and dwarf variety of this ever popular bedding plant producing a glittering mix in a wide range of colours from creamy white to yellow, orange to bright red. Perfect for bed borders and small borders, but also as a pot plant.
Actually, snapdragons are perennial plants, but in Central Europe they are cultivated annual, as they do not tolerate frost. They are easy to grow from seeds and are easy to care for. Snapdragons prefer a sunny location and a permeable but nutrient-rich garden soil.
Sowing & care: Sow from mid-March in pre-culture or from the end of April outdoors. Seeds benefit from being chilled overnight prior to sowing. Barely cover seeds with fine soil. Snapdragons do not tolerate severe frost, but in milder areas the plants will over-winter and flower again.
