Morning Glory Scarlet O`Hara Seeds
Info: Morning Glory Scarlet O`Hara delights with her silky, bright purple funnel-shaped blossoms that are up to eight centimetres tall. Their bright centre contrasts beautifully with the intense colour of the surrounding petals.
As the name suggests, the Morning Glory has glorious funnel-shaped flowers in bright colours. They open as soon as the sun reaches the flowers and in the evening they twist back in. They are fast-growing climbing plants that can climb up to 3 m high and also provide good visual protection. They are easy to care for, get along well in the sun and semi-shade and only need a standard garden soil.
Sowing & care: Sowing takes place directly outdoors from mid-April to May, preferably near a fence or trellis for climbing. Sowing depth 2-3 mm and planting distance 40-50 cm. The garden soil should not be too acidic and should be watered and fertilized regularly. Avoid waterlogging.
