Dill Bouquet Seeds

Info: The variety `Bouquet` is the most widely grown dill. The early maturing plants have dark green leaves and an intoxicating dill aroma. Plants grow to 70 cm tall with attractive tender and yellow umbel flowers. Dill is used as a spice in salads, soups, stews, dips and sauces, especially for fish dishes, and for pickling gherkins.

Sowing & cultivation: Sow seeds outdoors early in the spring (March / April) when the ground has warmed. Simply spread widely between other plants. Do not transplant. Dill prefers a nutrient-rich, well-drained soil and a sheltered, sunny location out of the wind. Self-seeding annual.
