Striped Stuffer Tomato Seeds
Info: The Striped Stuffer tomato is a beautiful beefsteak tomato with up to 200 g fruits which have a beautiful red-yellow marbling. The fruit flesh is firm and flavourful with a sweet and nutty note. This variety is perfect for those who like to eat stuffed tomatoes, as it is almost hollow inside and has hardly any seeds. They are suitable for fresh consumption, for use in salads or for cooking. The plants are strong growing and can grow up to 2 metres high.
Care: You can grow the Striped Stuffer tomatoes inside the house, in a greenhouse or outdoors. The optimal germination temperature is between 20 and 25°C, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants.
Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more.
