Maskotka Tomato Seeds
Info: The Maskotka tomato comes from Poland and is a pretty dwarf tomato with small, red, round fruits that taste aromatic and sweet. The compact and bushy plants grow only about 30 to a maximum of 50 cm high and are ideal for small pots on the balcony, the terrace or even on a south-facing windowsill. Very productive and need not be pruned.
Care: You can grow tomatoes inside the house, in a greenhouse or outdoors. Cover the sseds only slightly with soil (max. 5 mm). The optimal germination temperature is between 20 and 25°C, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants.
Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more.
