Garnet Tomato Seeds

Info: Tomato `Garnet` is a new, high yielding cherry tomato with crack-resistant and very tasty fruits. They offer a unique new colour that is a mix of brown and red with golden highlights - a rich brunished shade of bronze. As pretty as they are to look at, what makes them truly special is their taste--sweet with a good measure of acid and a richness that fills your mouth with fabulous, earthy flavour. The plants have a strong robust growth habit with vigorous tall vines and heavy yields.

Care: You can grow tomatoes inside the house, in a greenhouse or outdoors. Cover the sseds only slightly with soil (max. 5 mm). The optimal germination temperature is between 20 and 25°C, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants.

Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more.
