Runner bean Sprite Seeds

Info: The bean sprite is a very elegant breed from Central Europe. She produces smooth, pencil-thin, 15cm long filet beans. Since the high-yielding plants remain very compact, they require no support in terms of stability. The delicious pods are completely threadless and have a particularly fine, aromatic taste. Is equally suitable for freezing, as a vegetable garnish or delicious bean salad.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing should be about 3 cm deep. Press seeds and cover with soil. For row sowing the distance shoould be 40 cm with a grain spacing of 6 - 8 cm. When sown as a pit sowing, the distances are 30cm at 5-7 seeds per planting site. Sow the beans in humus-rich, well-drained garden soil in a warm, sheltered, sunny to partially shaded place with even moisture. If necessary, separate. The stability of the plants is improved by sowing in clumps.
