Info: Do you want to plant something extraordinary? Then try the runner bean Yard Long Un Metro Ramp. The strain originating from Southeast Asia is also known as "Chinese Long" or "Asparagus bean". The fast-growing and high-yielding beans need a warm, sheltered place to grow excellently. The variety is particularly appreciated for its long, dark green, threadless and crisp pods. Ideal as a vegetable garnish or delicious salad.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing should be about 3 cm deep. Press seeds and cover with soil. For row sowing the distance shoould be 40 cm with a grain spacing of 6 - 8 cm. When sown as a pit sowing, the distances are 30cm at 5-7 seeds per planting site. Sow the beans in humus-rich, well-drained garden soil in a warm, sheltered, sunny to partially shaded place with even moisture. If necessary, separate. The stability of the plants is improved by sowing in clumps.
