Cabbage Kalibos Red Seeds
Info: The special breeding Kalibos is a cross between red and pointed cabbage. It combines the crisp-fresh consistency of the fast-growing cabbage with the color and the delicious, slightly sweet taste of red cabbage. The individual, funnel-shaped cabbages reach a weight of 3kg. Red cabbage is perfect as a tasty vegetable garnish or raw in a salad. The vegetables are rich in vitamins A, B and C.
Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can take place from April in preculture. Sowing depth should be about 2cm. From late May, when no frost is expected, the young plants should be separated. It requires a row spacing of 45 x 60cm and a planting distance of 10cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, heavy clay soil is optimal. In a sunny spot this cabbage grows very well. Red cabbage needs a constantly moist ground, which is why regular watering is required. Even fertilization is recommended.
