Brussels sprout Early Half Tall Seeds

Info: Early Half Tall is a fast growing, traditional English Brussels sprouts variety. As their name suggests, the plants develop half the stature height of other varieties. This makes it particularly robust and suitable for almost any weather conditions. In addition, it is extremely hardy, which can stretch the harvest period from September to March. Steamed and with bacon served an absolute treat!

Sowing & cultivation: Sowing can be done outdoors from April. Sowing depth should be about 0.5-1cm. A row spacing of 50 x 50cm is required. It needs a sunny to partially shaded sheltered location. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, clay soil is optimal. The soil should be deeply loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. The plants should be kept permanently moist and accumulated in early summer for greater stability.
