Cabbage Primo Seeds
Info: Primo is a high-yielding variety with flat, medium sized and solid heads, which are characterized by a fine leaf quality. It is rich in fiber and vitamins B and C. The plants are very frost-tolerant. The taste is particularly mild and very fine. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, for stewing, as a vegetable, for salads or sauerkraut production.
Sowing & cultivation: Both, the direct sowing into the open area, as well as the pre-planting of the plants in the early bed is possible. Seed depth should be about 1cm. The row spacing should be at least 40cm. Sow in rows of 1 1/2-fold seed starch, cover with soil and transplant later. A nutrient-rich, moist soil is recoomended. During the main growth period a re-fertilization is necessary. In order to prevent the spreading of the carbonaceous fungus, it is absolutely necessary to change the fruit. Also a good calcification should be ensured.
