Beetroot Pablo Seeds
Info: Beetroot Pablo is notable for its uniformly round tubers with a dark red, juicy flesh without rings of contrasting color. Like all red beets, it has a high content of vitamins and minerals. The cooked beets are suitable for canning, salads, as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes, and for juicing. They can be stored in a cool cellar until spring. The small baby beets obtained during separation are particularly tender and tasty and a real delicacy when served sweet-and-sour as `baby beets`.
Sowing & cultivation: Sowing can be done outdoors from April. Sowing depth should be about 2-3cm. A row spacing of 30 x 10cm and a planting distance of 10cm required. Beetroot is a very undemanding vegetable and makes little demands on the ground. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, slightly permeable soil is optimal. The soil must have a constant moisture during the entire growth phase.
