Celery Green Utah Seeds
Info: The celery Green Utah is a medium-late, very productive variety with dark green foliage. The 25cm long stems are smooth, green and mild in taste. Tuber formation remains with the variety. The stalks can be consumed crispy as a raw food or as a delicate vegetable garnish. The leaves are best suited as a herb. Furthermore, this delicious vegetable can also be used for the refining of sauces, soups or stews.
Sowing & cultivation: Since celery belongs to the light nuclei, the seeds should not be covered with soil on sowing. The celery has to be put forward from March on the window sill or in a greenhouse. After approximately 6-8 weeks, the plantlets can be planted with a planting distance of 50x50cm into the vegetable patch. Celery needs a good water and nutrient supply throughout the season. For this purpose, they can supply the plants with horn flour several times a year.
