Info: The Eastern European radish Zlata provides with its yellow outer skin for some astonished looks. It forms round, smooth-shelled, mild-spicy tubers with a white core. Ideal for decorating and garnishing vegetable plattes. Also sandwiches or salads can be spiced up with this visual enrichment.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull your nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
