Beetroot Detroit Dark Red Seeds

Info: The Beetroot Detroit Dark Red was, as the name suggests, 1892 in Michigan, USA bred. It is one of the most popular varieties for home gardeners around the world. This particularly high-yielding beetroot stands out with its continuous blood-red coloring and an excellent mild-sweet taste. Their high resistance to powdery mildew and mildew complete this vitamin-rich vegetables.

Sowing & cultivation: Sowing can be done outdoors from April. Sowing depth should be about 2-3cm. A row spacing of 30 x 10cm and a planting distance of 10cm required. Beetroot is a very undemanding vegetable and makes little demands on the ground. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, slightly permeable soil is optimal. The soil must have a constant moisture during the entire growth phase.
