Radish Mooli Minowase Seeds
Info: The oriental radish Mooli Minowase is also known as the Japanese Minowase or Deacon Minowase. This high-yielding variety makes 30cm long, smooth, pure white roots with a mild-spicy taste and juicy flesh. In Japan, Minowase is traditionally served as a side dish with rice. This strain is also a great addition to salads or sushi.
Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull your nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
