Radish Crimson Giant Seeds
Info: Crimson Giant is a high yielding, crimson spring radish. The up to 4cm large, spherical round, decorative tubers are delicate in consistency and mild spicy in the taste. The pulp is white and very aromatic. Ideal as raw food, salad or garnish. Also a little treat as a topping for sandwiches.
Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm depth. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull their nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
