Radish Birra Di Monaco Seeds
Info: Birra Di Monaco is also known as "Münchner Bier Rettich" or "Münchner Radi". The traditional, German radish is, as the name suggests, served to beer and farmhouse bread and is a classic, Bavarian beer garden court. The variety forms white, tender and firm tubers which can be up to 30cm long. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, is ideal as a raw food or salad.
Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull your nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
