Sowing & cultivation: The ideal time for sowing on the windowsill or in a cold frame is the end of April. For a free-range culture should wait until the end of May, better still, the beginning of June. Since cucumbers belong to the dark germs, the seeds should be sown with a sowing depth of 3cm and then covered with soil. The location should be a sunny, sheltered place. The soil should be nutrient-rich, loose and evenly moist. Also a planting distance of 80 x 30 cm should be kept. For better growth, we recommend incorporating some compost and horn grass into the soil.
