Sorrel Red Veined Seeds

Info: The sorrel Red Veined is a very robust, enduring wild plant from Central and Western Europe. With its sour, fresh taste, the sorrel is perfect as an addition to fresh salads. Furthermore, it can also be prepared as spinach or pureed in soups. It is also used to make the famous "Frankfurt sauce". Also used as a medicinal herb. Due to its high vitamin C content, it is used to strengthen the body`s defenses. But even a blood-purifying tea can be brewed with this healthy herb.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Either you sow wide-brimmed or in rows with a row spacing of 30cm. The sowing depth should be 1-2 cm. The sorrel is very easy to clean, so it makes no special demands on soil or location. Optimal would be a sunny location with permeable, humus soil.
