Spring Onion Tokyo Long White Seeds

Info: Spring onion `Tokyo Long White` is a rarity from Japan, which is particularly suitable for Asian dishes but can of course also be used in European cuisine. It has a light pungency and a great aroma. Tokyo Long White is a very popular cultivated vegetable and an important ingredient in Japanese cuisine. It is used in miso soup, Teriyaki and stir-frys like Yakisoba.

Sowing & cultivation: Sow directly outdoors in April after the last frost has occurred. Sowing depth approx. 0,5 cm. Spring onions prefer full sun to partial shade and well drained soil. Keep soil moist and fertilize as needed. Harvest young plants in 60 days and if required leave the remainder to mature.
