Info: Squash`Gold Nugget` is an attractive small-sized squash with fruits weighing up to 1,5 kg and smooth orange skin. The dry, sweet orange flesh has a buttery flavour and is best enjoyed after a month or more of storage. It has a very good shelf life and stores up to 6 months. The compact bush habit makes this variety a good choice for small gardens and large pots.

Sowing & cultivation: Pumpkin plants need a lot of space as creeping plants and a good nutrient supply. The soil should therefore be profound and nutritious. From mid-May can be sown directly into the open field. Depending on the variety a plant needs up to 2m² of space. Abundant irrigation is very important, especially in the beginning.
