Greek Gyros Seasoning

Edora`s Greek spice mix for gyros turns stir fries and kebabs into a taste sensation. Simply marinade 3cm large cubes from a pork chop or leg of lamb with the gyros marinade (see below) and push on to a skewer. A real treat when grilled over charcoal.

 

Shelf Life / Storage

Gewürze verlieren durch die falsche Lagerung einen Teil ihres Aromas. Gewürze sollten kühl, trocken, luftdicht und dunkel gelagert werden.

How to use

Rezept für schmackhaftes Pfannen-Gyros aus mind. 2 Fleischsorten (Schweine-, Lammfleisch): Stellen Sie eine Marinade mit einem Mixer oder Pürierstab aus Olivenöl, herbem Rotwein, 1 mittelgroße Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe sowie Gyros-Gewürz her.  Legen Sie das Fleisch einige Stunden darin ein. Das Fleisch wird nun in heißem Öl unter stetigem Wenden angebraten. Temperatur reduzieren, nach Geschmack nachwürzen und schmoren lassen. Guten Appetit!
