Italian Spaghetti Herb Mix

Edora`s Spaghetti Seasoning is particularly well-suited for Italian pasta sauces (especially tomato and bolognese sauces) as well as for lasagne, cannelloni and Italian casseroles.

Bolognese sauce recipe for 500g spaghetti

Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil, 4 onions, 500g minced meat, 3 tbsp tomato purée, 2 tbsp flour, 400ml beef stock, 4 tbsp Spaghetti Herb Mix

Method: Gently fry the finely chopped onion with a bay leaf in a saucepan. Add the meat and sear over high heat. Stir in tomato purée and sprinkle the flour over everything. Pour over the hot stock, add the spaghetti seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Bon appétit!
