Sprouted buckwheat noodles
Sprouted noodles - a raw food noodle made from sprouted buckwheat - Goodles.
Sprouted noodles are something very special.
Why? Because there is much more life in them than in ordinary noodles.
So what do we mean by sprouted or germinated?
You take a seed, e.g. a buckwheat grain, and bring it into contact with heat, water and light. Soon the grain changes and a seedling grows from the seed. Life emerges from an inactive grain. And in the same way, we use living and thus germinated ingredients for our pasta.
To further protect our germinated pasta, we never heat it above 42 degrees.
Therefore, we also avoid gelatinisation of the starch, as well as pasteurisation, as these processes happen with ordinary noodles under the influence of great heat.
Our noodles thus remain real FOOD.
Important: For the perfect consistency, it is important to briefly rinse the noodles with cold water. Despite the raw food quality, the Goodels should be cooked according to the package instructions.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from sunlight.
