Pea Delikett Seeds

Info: Pea `Delikett` is a dwarf Snap Pea variety that has a compact plant habit with a tremendous number of dark green pods. The pods are carried in clusters of two and can be harvested over a longer period of time. You can use them either as snow peas/mangetouts or when fully grown unpeeled like beans.

Sowing & cultivation: Sow when the soil is warm to the touch, which will be some time between the middle of March and the end of April. Sowing depth: 4-5 cm. Peas require a sunny position with well-drained and nutrient-rich soil, but not acidic. Use bamboo canes, pea sticks, trellis, netting or chicken wire as a climbing support for the plants. Once you feel the seeds in the pod, the peas are ripe for harvest. The more you harvest, the more they will produce. As the containing sugar decomposes very quickly, they taste sweetest immediately after harvesting.
