Our fully ripened red jalapenos are fleshy, yet crispy, fruity and almost sweet, with the typical Jalapeno pepper flavour, but without any bitterness. Their taste is full-bodied and aromatic. They are a bit hotter than the green jalapenos, but still well suited for chili-beginners.

Our peppers are fresh and crispy as if you have just picked them fresh from the bush - throughout the whole year.
A high-quality, mild apple cider vinegar, little salt and sugar and an ultra-short heating time get the typical aroma of the Jalapenos and turn them into a real, natural taste experience.
