It offers a special dining experience: The combination of delicious, spicy flavour with a smoky taste and intense Habanero fire.
Hot and spicy, full of flavour
You can enjoy this tangy treat at a picnic, on bread for lunch or as a light evening meal or just as a snack anytime. Try out: Cut the salami very thin and place it on baguette! Thus, taste and heat can best develop.
You can also use this savoury salami as a spicy ingredient in stove-top dishes or stews. Let your creativity run wild!

But attention: The salami often does not survive the first night.
You like it even hotter?
You can alter the flavour to suit your personal preferences. For example, after removing the packaging you can leave the flavoursome sausage at room temperature or hang it in a dry cellar. As it continues to dry, the flavours become even more intense and it becomes more and more spicy. If you just want to keep the salami for a while, without it aging further, you can always store it in the refrigerator. The third option is of course to simply enjoy the spicy snack and eat it straight away.

Sehr lecker!
Die Salami ist sehr lecker und hat eine schönen Schärfe. War bei mir nach 2 Tagen schon komplett aufgegessen. Geschmack und Aroma genial. Wird direkt wieder bestellt.
Könnte noch ein bisschen...
... mehr "pepp" vertragen. Diese Wurst hätte ich gerne in einer schärferen Variante. Trotzdem ist sie beim "Vesper" nicht mehr wegzudenken.
Nicht scharf sehr scharf aber...
Das Aroma ist hervorragend. Und durch den Naturdarm ist die Hülle mitessbar.
