A fresh-tasting pickle, with a blend of green chilli, aromatic ginger and traditional spices to deliver a deliciously balanced chilli kick.
The traditional rice dish biryani originates from the north of India/Pakistan and is eaten there mainly at weddings and on holidays.
The preparation is very easy: Simply add to the meat and vegetables, sauté briefly, then add water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is cooked. Done.
Pure enjoyed, this paste has a heat level of about 2 - 3, but if you dilute it with coconut milk or water, the dishes then are mild (1). The paste is very productive, 2 -3 tsp of paste serve the dish for 2 persons.
