Garam Masala Paste: Patak`s authentic blend of aromatic spices including coriander, paprika and black pepper for a beautifully balanced Garam Masala dish.

It is very easy to prepare: simply add to the meat and vegetables, sauté briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk and simmer until everything is cooked. That`s it.

The paste is very rich, for a dish for 2 people you only need about 2-3 tsp.
