Tikka Marinade Paste
Patak`s Tikka Marinade Spice Paste is a balanced blend of Indian spices such as cumin, coriander and ginger, which is used to marinate meat or vegetables for a delicious tikka curry.
The paste is relatively mild and round in flavour, the mild heat is wonderfully balanced. It is particularly suitable for chicken and turkey, but also for fish, lamb and aromatic vegetables such as peppers, okra, onions, chard and potatoes.
Preparation: Marinate the ingredients with the curry paste. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake, grill or cook the dish until it is fully cooked. The meat will be especially tasty and tender if you mix about 1/4 glass with 70 grams of natural yoghurt, pour over about 250g of meat and then leave the dish to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
