Tandoori Marinade Paste: Patak`s authentic blend of aromatic spices, ginger & tamarind for a beautifully balanced Tandoori dish.

Tandoori is the traditional Indian wood-fired oven in which the meat, which has previously been marinated in a marinade of yoghurt and typical tandoori spices, is slowly cooked.

It is very easy to prepare: simply add to the meat and vegetables, sauté briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk and simmer until everything is cooked. That`s it.

The paste is very rich, for a dish for 2 people you only need about 2-3 tsp.
