Instant Palak Paneer (Tofu)
Palak Paneer is a popular North Indian dish from Punjab. It is a creamy, spicy curry made of spinach and tofu paneer, a firm Indian soy-based cream cheese. It goes well with naan bread and basmati rice.
A quick dish for in-between, for the lunch break at work or when you don`t feel like cooking.

Preparation:
In the microwave: Cut the top of the bag and place upright in the microwave. Heat on the highest setting for 2 minutes. Then leave for a minute, stir and enjoy the dish hot. Alternatively, heat the dish in microwave-safe dishes.
In the saucepan: Place the dish in a small saucepan and heat slowly over a medium heat, do not boil. Then stir the dish and enjoy it hot. Alternatively, heat the dish in the closed bag for 3-5 minutes.
Add vegetables or spices as needed.
