Extra Scharfe Curry Paste

Patak`s Extra Hot Spice Paste: authentic blend of aromatic spices, coriander, chilli and fenugreek for a beautifully balanced Hot Curry dish.

The preparation is very easy: Simply add to the meat and vegetables, sauté briefly, then add water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is cooked. Done.

Pure enjoyed, this paste has a heat level of about 6, but if you dilute it with coconut milk or water, the dishes then have a heat level of 4-5. The paste is very productive, 2 -3 tsp of paste serve the dish for 2 persons.
