Pappadum Garlic

Pappadums are traditional Indian wafer-thin flatbreads made from ancient bean flour. They are deep-fried in hot fat and become very crispy.

In India and Nepal, the pappadums are traditionally served with main dishes or as a snack. Patak`s pappadums are made according to a traditional Indian recipe, dried in the sun and only need to be deep-fried in a pan for a few seconds.

Serve Patak`s pappadums with a delicate garlic flavour as a starter and appetiser with a chutney or pickle or with your curry dishes.
