Madras Spice Paste

Patak`s Madras spice paste is a spicy-hot mixture for the quick preparation of a tasty Madras curry.

The spices chilli, cumin, coriander and paprika are predominant in flavour, making it ideal for preparing lamb and beef. Simply add the paste to the meat and vegetables, sauté briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is cooked and you`re done.
Enjoyed pure, this paste has a heat level of 5, but if you add coconut milk or water, the dishes will have a heat level of 2-3.
