Madras Curry Paste

Ashoka Madras Curry Paste is a spicy-hot Indian curry paste for an authentic Madras curry.

The spices chilli, cumin, coriander and garlic are predominant in the flavour, making it ideal for preparing lamb and beef, e.g. with potatoes, peppers and onions. Simply add to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is cooked and you`re done.

The paste is very economical, you only need 2-3 tablespoons for a dish for 2 people.
