Curry paste mild

Ashoka Curry Paste Mild is an authentic Indian curry paste for Indian curries. The paste is spicy and flavourful, but not as hot as the other curry pastes from India, but with a mild, balanced heat.

It is very easy to prepare: simply add to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk and simmer until everything is cooked. That`s it.

Pure, this paste has a spiciness of 2-3, but if you dilute it in the dish with coconut milk or water, the dishes will then only have a mild spiciness. The paste is very rich, for a dish for 2 people you only need about 2-3 tsp.
