Mirin Fu Sake - Cooking Rice Wine

Wan Ja Shan Mirin Fu is a cooking sake, a sweet rice wine and one of the most important seasoning ingredients in Japanese cuisine.

Mirin Fu is brewed from fermented rice and adds a delicious sweetness to sauces, dressings and marinades and provides a balanced, aromatic smoothness. In contrast to the somewhat less sweet sake, mirin is mainly used for cooking.
