Schmeckt wie beim Thai

Sehr lecker! Ich hab die Paste mit Gemüse verwendet. Man kocht Kokosmilch, Wasser und die Paste mit entweder Hühnchen oder Gemüse (so hab ich es gemacht), gibt noch einen EL Austern- oder Fischsauce dazu und fertig. Es schmeckt wie im Thai-Restuarant. Und was ich besonders gut finde: die meisten der Pasten, die man im Asia-Shop bekommt, sind immer voll mit Glutamat, Konservierungsstoffen etc. Diese nicht.
